Circle of Security Parenting Program: You HAVE to learn about Circle of Security. Why you ask? Attending this course will help you learn how to identify your children's emotional needs and respond to their behaviours in ways that support them developing greater resilience, fewer behavioural difficulties, respectful relationships and healthy self esteem.
The Circle of Security® Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. Your Circle of Security Facilitator, Jessie will work with you and help you to:
Understand your child’s world by learning to read their needs
Learn how to be a bigger, stronger, wiser and kind parent without being weak or mean
Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
Enhance the development of your child's self esteem
Enhance and work with your wanting to be the best parent you can be, and wanting the best for your children.
The Circle of Security Parent Education Program is an inspiring and practical course for parents of children aged 0-5 and for professionals working with young families. How we've learnt to attach to our parents is life long legacy or hinderance to our life success. Come and learn skills and tools to create as supportive environment as possible for security.
Jessie helps you to see your children and yourself in a new way. She will give you awesome tips and tricks about how to practically use COSs easy and wonderful techniques for being a Thriving parent.

Recognising and understanding children’s emotional needs
How to support a child’s independence
How to support a child’s need for closeness and intimacy
How to promote the development of empathy in children
Understanding why sometimes children’s behaviours cause a negative reaction in their parents/carers
How to handle a child’s emotional ‘meltdowns’
What approach to take when children ‘act out’
Finer Details:
Two course style options: 1) 8 weekly sessions, each of only approximately 2hrs. 2) Intensive 4x4hr sessions run on a Saturday or Sunday on a fortnightly basis.
Extremely personalised support and information while being cheaper than family therapy. (ie Family therapy is $150/hr)
Groups are run on demand to maintain that personalised support.
